Approach

Most businesses aren't held back by a lack of technology.

They're held back by messy processes, awkward handovers and data nobody uses. We look at how your business actually works, and fix the parts that aren't working.

What we see

Businesses are often told they need more technology. Usually it's the opposite.

They already have systems, bought to solve something and set up by someone who has since left. Now they're held together by spreadsheets and the people who know which fields to ignore. Leadership thinks the work runs through the system. In practice, a lot of it runs through copy-pasting and checking by hand that nobody has written down.

Meanwhile, the data that could answer the business's real questions is sitting in those systems, unused, because nobody has connected it to a decision.

That isn't a technology gap. It's a process problem, and it's the one we fix.

What we do about it

We take on the whole problem: not one piece of it, and not just advice.

We deliver a working system, from understanding the process to running it in your business.

  1. Start with how the work happens.

That means starting with how the work actually happens, not with what could be built.

  2. One job, not four suppliers.

It means the AI, the data, the connections and the technology underneath are one job, not four suppliers.

  3. Yours to run and change.

And it means you get something your own team can run and change after we leave. A system only one supplier understands isn't a solution; it's a new dependency.

Why it has to be built properly

AI has made it fast and cheap to put software in the middle of how a business runs.

A lot of what's being built can't be checked, can't be explained, and can do more than anyone meant it to. An AI that can act on your systems is making decisions. If nobody can say what it's allowed to do, what it did, or why, you haven't automated a process. You've lost sight of one.

01 / 02

Everything we build:

Can do only what the job needs.

Keeps a record of what it did.

Comes with written notes on how it was made and tested.

This isn't an extra we sell. It's the only way we know to build something you'll still trust in a year.

How we build, in detail
How it works

Three steps, the same every time.

  1. 01

    Assess

We look first. A short, fixed-price assessment of how your work actually runs, what's worth building and what it will take. If something can't be built safely, or can't be built well within the budget, we say so here. The fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days.

  2. 02

    Build

We build it. One price, agreed in writing. Every design decision and security check is written down, and every change is reviewed. Then we get it running in your business and hand it over, along with clear instructions and a working session with your team.

  3. 03

    Run

We look after it, if you want. Your team runs it with what we hand over, or we keep it running and improving every month.

You own it

What we build for you is yours, handed over outright.

You can run it, change it, or take it to any other supplier.

The reusable building blocks underneath come with a permanent licence, so your system keeps running without us.

Nothing you receive depends on continuing to work with us.

What we believe

Five things we hold ourselves to.

  1. 01

The process comes before the technology.

We'll tell you when the answer isn't the thing you asked for.

  2. 02

We build things we'd run ourselves.

If we wouldn't use it in our own business, we won't put it in yours.

  3. 03

    Nothing is a black box.

You get the system, the instructions, the reasoning and the records. All of it is yours.

  4. 04

We say what we don't know.

Our proposals say what we're unsure about. Overpromising is how projects fail.

  1. 05

    We'd rather lose the work.

If something can't be built safely, or can't be built well within the budget, we'll say so at the start, not halfway through.

Where we're heading

We take on real problems for real businesses.

Doing that teaches us how industries actually work, in a way you can't learn from research.

Over time, that shows us which problems keep coming up and are worth solving once, properly. If we ever build a product, it will come from that experience, not from a guess.

Your next system is one conversation away.

30 minutes, no cost, no obligation. Tell us what's slowing your business down, and we'll tell you honestly if and how we can help.
