Engineering time, given where it matters.
We help non-profits with the same work we do for businesses: building the tools they rely on, connecting their systems and keeping it all running. Free, and to the same standard.

Good causes deserve good software too.
The organisations that would gain most from well-built software are usually the ones least able to pay for it. The skills we sell to businesses, building platforms, connecting systems, keeping them secure and running, are exactly the skills small non-profits need and rarely have.
So we give some of our time away, to the same standard we build to for anyone else. Not a lighter version of the work. The same engineering, the same care, the same published standard.

Connecting families to the support their children need.
Diverrx is a national resource hub that connects families of children with special needs to providers in their area: therapists, educators, specialists and services. Finding help shouldn’t depend on who you happen to know.

As Diverrx states it, on diverrx.com
It is run by The 7Q Foundation, set up to support families navigating special needs. The foundation was inspired by the experiences of Zidan Ali, a young boy with a genetic deletion on chromosome 7q. Alongside Diverrx it runs inclusion-supported day and weekend programmes, webinars, conferences and community events.

The same work we do for businesses.
Engineering time.
Our engineers work on the platform itself: building, fixing and improving what families and providers use.
Keeping it running.
We keep the platform reliable, secure and up, so the foundation’s small team can spend its time on families, not on servers.
The same standard.
Everything we contribute is built to the same published standard as our client work. A charity’s users deserve software that holds up as much as anyone’s.
What we can help with.
Websites and apps people rely on.
The site families, members or volunteers use, built to work for everyone, including people using a keyboard or a screen reader.
Less admin, fewer spreadsheets.
Forms, sign-ups and records that flow into one place instead of being re-typed.
Reports funders ask for.
Clear numbers on what you do and who you reach, without a week of spreadsheet work.
Kept safe and running.
Sensitive information protected, systems kept up to date, and someone to call when something breaks.
Support the work directly.
The most useful thing most people can do is support The 7Q Foundation itself. If you provide services for children with special needs, you can list with Diverrx so families can find you.
Run a non-profit?
If you run an organisation that could use engineering help, tell us. We can’t say yes to everyone, but we read every message.
