1Who these terms are with#

This website is operated by modulariti [ registered entity ]. By using it, you accept these terms.

2What is on this site#

The information here describes what we do and how we work. It is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal or security advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Our engineering standard, framework alignment statements and security practice describe our own internal practices as they stood when published. They are self-assessed. They are not certifications, audit reports or warranties.

3Scope of any engagement#

Nothing on this site creates a contract between us. Work is governed by a signed agreement setting out scope, price, deliverables, intellectual property and liability. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.

4Intellectual property#

The content of this site, text, design, diagrams and code samples, belongs to us, except where we have credited someone else.

Our published engineering standard may be read, quoted and referenced freely, including in your own security review or procurement process. It may not be republished as your own document.

Third-party names, standards and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Naming a framework or platform does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

5Acceptable use#

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute anything unlawful or harmful.

If you are doing security research, see section 6, we would rather you tell us than not.

6Security research#

We extend safe harbour to security researchers acting in good faith. If you find a vulnerability in this site or anything we built, report it to info@modulariti.ai and we will not pursue action against you for finding it.

We ask that you do not access, modify or delete data belonging to anyone else, and that you give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.

We do not currently run a paid bounty programme.

9Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under statutory consumer rights.
